1. Our Services to You

• 1.1 Job Board: We provide a platform for you to browse job vacancies and apply for roles posted by third-party employers.
• 1.2 CV Builder: We provide tools to create a professional profile and export your employment and education history as a PDF for external use.
• 1.3 Cost: These services are provided to Candidates 100% free of charge.

2. Candidate Accounts and Accuracy

• 2.1 To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• 2.2 Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• 2.3 Truthfulness: You represent that the employment history, education, and qualifications provided in your profile and CV are true. Bangla Jobs Ltd is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or misleading information provided by you to an employer.

3. Applications and Employers

• 3.1 No Guarantee: While we aim to centralise community opportunities, we do not guarantee that using the Site will result in a job offer or an interview.
• 3.2 Employer Interactions: We are a platform, not a recruitment agency. We do not vet every employer or job post. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before attending interviews or sharing sensitive personal information (like passport copies) with a prospective employer.
• 3.3 Scam Prevention: We strive to keep the platform safe. Please report any suspicious job postings to us immediately at [email protected].

4. Use of the CV Builder

• 4.1 The CV Builder is for your personal, non-commercial use.
• 4.2 You retain ownership of the data you input. Bangla Jobs Ltd grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the generated PDF for your own job applications.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

• 5.1 Your privacy is a priority. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent.

  By uploading your CV or creating a profile, you understand that:

  • Employers registered on our platform may be able to view your profile if you apply for their roles.
  • Your data is stored securely in accordance with our ICO registration (ZC104575).
• 5.3 You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time via your dashboard.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post any defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the Site to distribute spam or promotional material.
• Attempt to bypass our security or scrape data from the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability
