Our Story
BanglaJobs was founded to solve a real problem — the 750,000+ Bangladeshi people living and working in the UK had no dedicated job platform that understood their community, their needs, or their challenges.
Job searching shouldn't mean wading through platforms that don't speak to your circumstances — visa status, right-to-work queries, or simply wanting to find roles where your background is understood. So we built one that does.
Built in the UK, for the UK Bangladeshi community. Free to search, free to apply — always.
Our Mission
- ●Connecting Bangladeshi talent with UK employers.
- ●Supporting visa holders and right-to-work queries.
- ●Partnering with Jobcentres and community organisations.
- ●Building a fairer, more accessible job market.
